Ecological Farm

This beautiful ecological farm is a true paradise. The  diverse tropical fruit orchards are mature with hundreds of delicious fruit yielding trees. The variety produces different fruits at different times, so there is fresh fruit to  harvest year-round. The soil is exceptional quality and purely organic; there is lots of room for gardening and permaculture.

There is lush native mature forest with some real giants trees surrounding the 600 meters of river front, there are mature teak trees cultivated along the edge of this old growth, then there are the hundreds of fruit trees. There are more varieties than you can imagine, but for instance there are: mango, various orange, mandarin, various lemons, red and yellow grapefruit, cashew fruit, apple water, guava, guanabana, guayaba, avocado, green and purple caimito, and more!

The rolling hills of lush rich green pasture offer about 11 possible inner estates or building areas and the opportunity to segregate into multiple properties, or create an  intentional community. 

To wrap up this true ecological gem, the farm borders with a small clean river with natural pools, perfect to cool down and relax.

It would be very easy to do an artisanal well.

Although, it’s only 10 min drive to the town center of Montezuma and the beach, 10 min drive to Cóbano, 15 min drive to Tambor and 25 min drive to Santa Teresa,  this ~ 25 acre ecological farm is totally private.
